J"s cleaning service is a locally operated house cleaning service. we take every step to ensure your business with us is a fair one. and we strive to do our very best cleaning for you. in order to meet your expectations. please review the terms and conditions.
we are unable to climb on a ladder that is higher then a 2 step ladder. we dont get inside of curio cabinets. we dont clean chandeliers. we dont move heavy furniture. however is you need cleaned behind furniture and you move it out and back, we would be happy to clean behind and under. we do not do any laundry or ironing.
estimate can be done over the phone or in person. if the estimate is done over the phone, i do my best to give you an estimate based off of information that you provide. we charge by the job and you only get charged for what we do. now if you are regular and you want only part off your house cleaned and the next time you want other rooms cleaned. then we can swoop out rooms for no extra charge. or if you want to add more rooms then there will be a small fee.
i charge by the job. not by the hour. my prices are really fair.
payment is due upon completion of job. we except for payments, ( credit cards, checks, zelle, paypal and venmo. 45.00 ins funds on all returned checks.
you must give 48 hour notice if you need to cancel, will not be no fee. cancelling within 24 hours will have a 25.00 fee.
if you feel that my staff miss something, or you feel that we didnt clean well. give the office a call and we will come back and clean what we miss. we have no cash refunds but we would be happy to come back and redo the work we missed.
we do carry insurance. accidents do happen. if someone break something, you will know right of way. we never leave and not let you know what happened. but if you noticed something after we left then you need to call my office to discuss it. especially if we didnt know. but we do let you know if something got broke.
when appointment is schedule, sometimes it is hard to be exactly at that time. we could be a little late or we could be early. if for any reason we are running a little behind or early. we will send you a text or call to let you know we are heading your way. just please be patience.
we do have a checklist if you need one upon request. i supply all the cleaning supplies. we are happy to use yours if you want. all my rags and mop heads are washed and bleached. each place gets their own set off clean rags that use. and if you have a list that you would like us to follow is fine. but if anything extra that wasnt mentioned in the estimate will be charged at time of clean.
safety health hazard , a hazardous condition to the life. such as black mold other places in the house or infestation of rodent.
we prohibit harassment of my employees. this means we respect you and your home and have respect while we are doing our job in your home. we will not tolerate being yelled at or talking down to us. controlling the course of word. physical abuse or assault. invading personal space. we also dont except sexual advancement, sexual gestures and sexual comment. customers should direct all complaints and concern to the manager.
if customers need a special request done. i need to know soon as possible because we need to schedule more time and you will be charged for extra stuff.
we spend a lot of money and resources finding interviewing, checking references, backgrounds and training my cleaners. each cleaner sign an agreement barring them performing any home related services for any of our past or current customers. how ever if you wish to employ a staff member direct, please discuss this matter with me. if you are found to solicit one of my staff be advised that our referral and training fee is 2500 per each hired employee.
