Below are our service policies, to ensure quality, safety and consistency in our work

1. private policy- We are committed to keeping your information safe. we do not sell, rent or lease our company list to 3rd party companies.
2. satisfaction guarantee- if you are not satisfied with your cleaning , notify me within 48 hours and we will come back and reclean the areas that didnt get done. and will be redone within a 7-day window.
3. security- we take security very seriously.  you can let us in different ways. its up to you. you can give e a key or leave a key under the mat.  or do a code to get in. or can clean while your home.
4. . referrals- receive 20% off for each referral that books and keeps the appointment. tell a friend, tell family and neighbor this is great way for you to get your clean discounted.
5. payments- payments are due of day of cleaning. method of payments are; cash, Zelle, pay pal, Venmo and credit card. no checks accepted at this time.
6. cancelation/ reschedule notice- because we reserve a time for you, please make any schedule changes within 48 hours. their will be a cancelation fee of 50.00 last minute canceling.
7. electricity and water notice- we can not work effective, without electric or water.
8. getting ready for cleaning- don't worry about cleaning before we come. but pick up clutter. we don't go through people stuff to find where to put stuff to prevent lost and we don't mess with paperwork we will go around them.
9. trash removal.  we will collect all trash from home and put it in your outside bin. we do not take trash with us
10. pets- we love them, how we don't scoop litter pans or clean up pet waste.
11. products- I use Mr. clean product; we don't use strong smelling stuff. but we will use whatever you like. just let us know or if you have any question about what we use, we will be happy to show you.
12. accidents- accidents happens. we do our best to be careful and also carry insurance.
13. infestation- we do not go in places that have infestation of roaches, bedbugs, mouses/ rats or human or animals' fluids or feces

Special services and limitation

• our technician do not climb ladders only 2stepp step stool
• do not climb on outside of house to clean windows or anything out.
• do not treat chemicals for mold etc...

we value our employees and pour enormous amount of time in each one.
